At the end of October, representatives from the recruitment and training teams of EVE Power Hungary’s HR department participated in a two-week professional trip to China. The purpose of the visit was to gain deeper insight into the operations of our parent company and to exchange experiences firsthand with our Chinese colleagues.
During their trip, they visited the headquarters of our parent company, EVE Energy Co., Ltd., in Huizhou, as well as our largest manufacturing base in Jingmen, where they took part in the local HR organization’s training programs. The professional program provided an opportunity to learn about Chinese recruitment and training practices, as well as the functioning of internal corporate training systems.
The two weeks of intensive learning and collaboration provided valuable knowledge and new perspectives, further strengthening our international relationships and laying an important foundation for improving the training and recruitment processes in our Debrecen project.
